My Philosophy of Education

I want to make a positive impact on my student's lives and make all of my students feel like they are seen my classroom. I believe my students should learn to be empathetic towards others and collaborate with each other. I feel like it is important to not only teach my students about the curriculum, but also to have important values such as respect and dedication. Educators should be positive role models towards their students and I want my students to look up to me as a leader. I am going to be sensitive towards the needs and strengths of all my students and I will make sure all of my students feel like they belong in the classroom. I want my students to know that I will always support them and they are always welcome to come visit me anytime after my school year with them is over.
